The disclosure also conforms with recommendation no. 2/2001 for the protection of personal data, for which European authorities formed a Group (instituted from art. 29 of the directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted on the 17th May 2001) in order to determine some minimum requirement for the collection of personal data and, in particular, the procedures, times and nature of the information that the officials in charge of data processing must provide to users when they connect to web pages irrespective of the purposes of the connection.
1. The “Official” in charge of data processing
As a result of using this website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

2. “Organisation Responsible” for the processing
FERRIERE NORD S.p.A. has been designated as being in charge of the processing in accordance with article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in as much as it is in charge of the maintenance of the technical side of the website.
3. Place of data processing
Data processing connected to the web services of this website takes place at the above mentioned headquarters of the Company and is carried out by personnel in charge of data processing. Such data, including those related to the newsletter service, may also be processed by FERRIERE NORD S.p.A. personnel, which has been designated as being in charge of the processing ex art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in as much as it is in charge of the maintenance of the technical side of the website, at the Company’s headquarters.
No data deriving from the web service is either communicated or shared.
Personal data supplied by users who request the shipment of informative material (mailing lists, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.) is only used in order to carry out the service or services requested, and is not communicated to third parties.
4. Type of data processed
4.1 Navigation data
During the normal course of operation, the IT systems and software employed for the operation of this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit during the use of Internet communication protocols.
The data is not collected in order to identify users, but due to its nature, it could allow users to be identified through processing and interrelation with data held by third parties.
This type of data includes: IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the website, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method employed to submit the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the state of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters of the operating system and IT system of the user.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and in order to verify that it is working correctly. It is immediately deleted after processing. This data could be used for the assessment of responsibility in the case of a hypothetical cyber crime being committed against the website, but it does not however persist for longer than seven days.

Technical Cookies that do not request consent
The so-called “Technical” cookies, for which no processing consent is requested, are the following:
